Founded in 2002, Groundwind is the work of Phillip Roberto. Working with pixels since 1997, his background ranges from film, video and photography across to a masters in painting from the University of Cincinnati's venerable School for Design, Art, Architecture and Planning. He has many, many hours of experience in the area of visual communication and problem solving. He's also not hard to get on with.

Groundwind often works with design firms and back-end programmers; performing as a bridge between pure graphic design and the programmers who have to bring the data to life with those designs.

Since Fall 2007 Groundwind has been developing sites using Drupal - a powerful and lauded open-source content management system - and is excited to have such a strong tool to work with into the future.
